>Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Matthew 5:4

“those who mourn” Greek definition of mourning: “pentheo” -a general mourning, mourning the loss of a loved one, or a mourning for sin or the condoning of it. A soft heart is moved with compassion and there is comfort for those who comfort others. “For they shall be comforted” Greek phrase: “parakaleo” is almost a direct correlation here to the same idea used to describe the Holy Spirit as our Comforter “parakletos”.

In life, we have trails, hardships, and loss, but when we mourn with those who mourn, we will reap, in return, the comfort that we’ve sown.
